As I am writing this post, it is really starting to hit me that we were not able to end the school year together. One positive is that we don't have all the stress of preparing for finals but I would rather have that stress if we could all be together again. There are no math assignments this week but there is a google form and a padlet I would like you to complete to close out the school year. They are both going to be due tomorrow, Thursday, at 3pm. Tomorrow I will be having the last live Zoom session during our math block from 10:30 - 11:15 if you would like to stop in to say goodbye! On Friday, I will post a screenshot of the padlet so that you can see everyones post :) 1) Click on the button below to fill out the 7th Grade Math Survey. 2) Click on the button below to post a meme saying Goodbye to the 2019-20 school year and Hello to Summer!

What were this week's assignments? Did I do them?
Can I get credit for a late assignment? If so, how? If you complete an assignment late, you will get full credit if it is within a week. If you need to makeup a Quizizz assignment, you have to email me and ask me to reassign it to you. Edpuzzle and DeltaMath assignments are always available to you. You must email me that you have completed it. I will not go back and check old assignments unless you tell me it is completed! How do I access today's extra help session from 2:00-2:30 pm? Today's assignment: Quizizz "Unit 10-Systems of Equations" due Tuesday, 6/9 at 3pm.
This week's scheduleI have some great news...this is the last week of math work you will have to do this year :) We have finished all the new material for 7th grade advanced so we are going to spend this week reviewing the most important topic from this year...solving systems of equations. This is a fundamental skill you will need for Algebra next year so it is important you feel confident solving systems. Today's assignment: EdPuzzle "10.7 Review" due tomorrow at 3pm.

2. DeltaMath "Systems of Equations WP" due Tuesday, 6/2 at 3pm this week's scheduleWe only have 3 weeks left! This week will be the last week of new material. Many of you have started to check out because the weather is getting nicer and we are nearing the end. If you do not complete the rest of the assignments for the year, you could be in danger of failing for the quarter. You have all worked so hard the last few months and I do not want that to happen to any of you. Just push through these next few weeks and then you can enjoy the summer! And hey, you are super lucky because you do not have to stress about finals! Stay strong, you got this! Today's assignment: EdPuzzle "10.5 Which is Best?" due tomorrow at 3pm.

EdPuzzle "10.4 Elimination" due tomorrow, Friday 5/22 at 3pm.
2. DeltaMath "Solving Systems (all 3 methods)" due Tuesday, 5/26 at 3pm.
this week's scheduleSince many of you have reached out that you struggled with the DeltaMath assignment that was due yesterday, I have decided to spend a day practicing substitution again. I have also realized that many of you have been waiting until the day it is due to do an assignment that was assigned 5 days prior. That is fine if that is what works best for you but if you attempt the assignment on Thursday, when it is assigned, you can come to Friday's Zoom extra help and ask me questions so you aren't panicking to get it done an hour before it is due...just a suggestion ;) You will have another EdPuzzle assignment this week so I suggest trying out my method to see if it helps! Today's assignment: EdPuzzle "10.3 Substitution Practice" due tomorrow at 3pm.
